The challenge
Driver-led transfer businesses need a public booking experience and an operations workspace that agree on fares, routes, vehicles, customers, invoices, and trip status.
The approach
I connected a fast public booking funnel to role-specific admin, driver, and customer workspaces backed by a shared transportation domain and signed session model.
Key decisions
Supported ride, airport, intercity, hourly, return, and quote-led booking paths.
Centralized route, vehicle, pricing, booking, payment, invoice, and notification records.
Kept the application explorable in demo mode while supporting a live InsForge backend.
Designed guest booking as the default and accounts as an optional convenience for repeat customers.
