The challenge
The restaurant needed one dependable product model across customer ordering, branch controls, kitchen and cashier operations, rider delivery, and public tracking without losing its existing brand identity.
The approach
I built a shared InsForge-backed domain for menu, orders, users, locations, vouchers, and status history, then delivered tailored experiences through Next.js, React Native for iOS and Android, and a native SwiftUI client.
Key decisions
Enforced role and order-transition rules on the server for super admins, admins, cashiers, riders, and customers.
Kept delivery and pickup behavior explicit from menu selection through checkout and tracking.
Added rider location publishing only while an assigned delivery is active.
Preserved the navy, cream, gold, orange, and red Chicky Bites visual identity across platforms.
Product tour
Swipe through the primary Android and iOS journeys. Account screens are intentionally excluded.
